Location: Liverpool Street
Salary: £58,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Days (7:00 am – 5:15 pm / 8:00 am – 8:00 pm)

Your Role:

1. Perform planned & reactive maintenance on electrical systems
2. Troubleshoot & repair lighting systems, control panels, and power distribution
3. Maintain and service generators, pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
4. Conduct emergency lighting checks and minor electrical installations
5. Support HVAC maintenance (Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units – filter changes)
6. Ensure the smooth operation of critical building services

What We’re Looking For:

1. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (preferred)
3. Experience in a commercial building environment
4. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
