Your chance to work for an award winning Manchester software start up business that has received substantial financial backing and is projected to double in size this year. This is a Senior Sales job vacancy, taking responsibility for a collection of key accounts, mostly made up of retailers and eCommerce businesses. You will be responsible for high quality customer service, retaining these accounts whilst finding opportunities for additional sales and revenue growth. You will be selling the company's own proprietary software, a customer experience tool. The role will involve hybrid working, with 2-3 days in their Manchester office.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following experience:
- Account Manager or Account Director experience (min of 3 years) in Software/SaaS sales. Could consider Customer Success backgrounds but MUST have had responsibility for revenue growth (upsell).
- Software sales experience, ideally into Retail, eCommerce, FMCG environments.
- Held targeted sales roles, can evidence revenue target achievement and growing key accounts.
- Will have experience with Account planning, customer QBRs, project management and customer onboarding.
- Greater Manchester based, comfortable with hybrid/office working.
