Reporting into the Recruitment Co-ordination Manager, the overall objective of the role is to effectively deliver an outstanding recruitment service into the business by providing excellent recruitment process administration and coordination., Flexible working means you can work from home (if you wish), and we’ll provide a suite of IT equipment to ensure that you can work remotely comfortably and effectively. The Co-ordination Team travel to our Gloucester office for some meetings as required, as well as attending bi-annual meetings with the wider Resourcing Team.

What you’ll be doing
As a Recruitment Coordinator at EDF, you will play a key part in shaping our recruitment journey. From creating contracts, managing pre-employment checks and administering the vetting process to mastering recruitment systems, your expertise will ensure a smooth and efficient process.
You’ll provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, acting as a central point of contact for candidates during the recruitment and onboarding processes. You’ll also be a credible, approachable, and highly knowledgeable point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders alike.
You’ll champion compliance, keep our systems sharp, and bring fresh ideas to enhance talent attraction and resourcing performance.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?, We’re looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at EDF. In this role, you’ll manage your time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, team-focused approach.
You should have experience with complex administrative processes, ideally including full-cycle recruitment and using applicant tracking systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly are key.
