Key Responsibilities

- Global Engagement: Work within a global footprint, engaging with teams across North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia, including our new state-of-the-art facility in Singapore. Your business partnering activities will include collaboration with Network Strategy, Product Development, Global Technological Operations, Finance Supply Chain, and Global Financial Services on specific projects, guiding the financial aspects from ideation to implementation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven business partnering experience.
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical organization and a deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and/or commercial aspects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- General people and management experience.
- Successful track record in developing others and strong coaching skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of global and corporate business contexts.
