A contract Senior Architect Job is now available for immediate hire! This is an incredible opportunity to work on a unique project in Holland Park until July/August 2025 on a fixed term or freelance contract as the project comes to completion!
Our client is a luxury residential design and development practice that has been established for over 15 years and has completed a wide range of high-end residential houses and houseboats. They are currently looking for a Senior Architect with proven experience working on bespoke, luxury residential projects in London to help them deliver a one-of-a-kind project.
Role & Responsibilities
- On-site work and responsibility for ensuring the finishing stages are built and installed correctly and on time
- Specifying correct and appropriate materials
- Liaising with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, craftsmen and other multi-disciplinary teams throughout
- Producing detailed and accurate drawings, designs, and build solutions
- Project management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Part III Qualified with RIBA or ARB
- 5+ years' experience as an Architect focusing on the UK high end residential sector
- On-site coordination skills and excellent technical knowledge of high-end detailing and finishes
- Experience in project managing, leading design and technical aspects on large-scale projects
- Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft skills
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Must be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
