This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as an Affiliate Manager and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth. They hold an exceptional reputation in the market for their brand message as well as for fostering an environment that encourages innovation and creative freedom.
With a clearly defined and impressive brand position, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Lead/ Affiliate Manager to help build on their success.
Key responsibilities for this role include:- Responsible for owning the brands Affiliate Marketing strategy driving revenue growth and performance for both new & existing partners.
- Both the creative and commercial strategy; optimising the channels reach.
- Continue to improve operational workflows for scalability.
- Continue to optimise the channel, reporting on performance and provide actionable insight and data to ensure long term success and business performance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Digital and Performance team, Insight and Analytics team and Marketing.
- Managing a team of 3 Affiliate Executives.
- Demonstrable experience working in a previous Affiliate Manager role, managing both the Affiliate channel strategy and growth, as well as management of a junior Affiliate team.
- Commercial and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting data into insight.
- Previously working closely with wider Digital, Data and Marketing teams.
