A fast-growing Insurance business is looking to hire a Business Analyst to liaison between business units and project teams by facilitating discussion to solve business problems with effective and efficient solutions while satisfying the project goals and objectives. There will also be elements of QA Testing.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally have at least 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Have good understanding of insurance and preferably London Market and/or insurance business
- Be highly attentive to details with a structured, methodical approach to problem solving
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple key stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, professional. This is a people facing role requiring resilience, diplomacy, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
