Key Duties
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach to all aspects of the role.
- Checking prescription medicines for patients, including verifying the form, strength, dosage, and ensuring medicines are correctly and safely labelled and supplied.
- Providing excellent customer care and supporting the needs and expectations of patients through various NHS services such as NMS, DMS, CPCS, and FLU, as well as private services including ear care, acne, pneumococcal vaccinations, alcohol reduction, and weight loss.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
