You will be working in a nurturing and supportive environment, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. Our homes are lovely and well-maintained, with a rigorous process in place to ensure the best outcomes for each child we care for. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (CYP) (essential). At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people (CYP). Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, which are paid at £50 per sleep-in.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential settings. Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the children. Assist with daily routines and activities, helping to develop life skills and emotional well-being.
