We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team, focusing on providing support to vulnerable children and young people during crisis situations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of trauma and its effects on behavior, along with a commitment to creating safe and nurturing environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support, including activities, appointments, and family contact, in line with individual care plans. Engage and encourage children and young people to participate in activities aimed at promoting their well-being. Maintain accurate records and reports to support the development of goals and care plans. Play a critical role in safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people.
