This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Director or Partner to join a thriving boutique law firm. This law firm is recognised nationally as a strong Employment firm, but they are now looking to build on that success with the appointment of the first Commercial Litigation Director or Partner into the firm.
This firm has a fantastic and long standing client base, from start ups to PLCs and multinationals. At present they are outsourcing all the commercial litigation work, and they are keen to bring this in-house, so there is a soft landing of matters for you to pick up and build on.
This opportunity is perfect for a senior commercial litigation solicitor who has a proven track record when it comes to business development, is ambitious and driven and keen to grow something, and has genuine leadership skills. Ideally you will have a client following, although this is not a pre-requisite for this appointment.
You can be based at any of the firm's offices - London, Reading or Bristol. This role is offered on a part-time or full-time basis, with hybrid working.
On offer is a Partnership position, as well as an opportunity to build something with the support of a thriving practice. You will receive a highly competitive remuneration package, which will include a bespoke bonus scheme incentivizing business development.
