Our client has been established for nearly 50 years and are experienced in the Freight and Logistics industry. They are based in Tilbury at the heart of the shipping industry in the Southeast. They handle importations and exportations of all/any cargos by multimodal means- Air, Sea, Road & Rail. They are looking for a LCL Import Operator with experience of all modes of transport to enhance their busy team. LCL Import Operator – Job Responsibilities Manage the import process for LCL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of air and deep-sea freight from point of origin to destination. Utilise Multifreight, CNS, and Destin8 systems to manage and track shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Monitor and track air cargo shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams on shipment status. Obtain necessary releases from airlines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
