Overview:
As the UK's No1 skincare brand, No7 is a significant player in the global beauty landscape, sold in the UK, US, Norway, The Gulf, Thailand and more recently, Australia. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you would be leading the creation of inspiring campaigns and content, as well as supporting the development of global brand strategy to help drive brand growth around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the toolkit development of global skincare campaigns, from agency briefing to creative development and production including ATL.
- Support the delivery of key strategic projects, for example contributing to the annual global consumer strategy and brand plan.
- Partner with local market teams, acting as a brand guardian to help ensure the global toolkits are rolled out brilliantly in market.
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for agency partners, product teams, market teams and other key stakeholders.
- Be highly enthusiastic with a keen interest and passion for beauty.
What you'll need to have:
- At least 3+ years' experience in a global marketing role, including a proven track record of creative asset delivery.
- Ability to understand, manage and champion what the brand stands for and act as a global brand guardian.
- Experience working with consumer insights to deliver marketing campaigns.
- Be a collaborative team player, with an ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Experience and creative flair in developing digital and social-first content.
- A keen interest in the beauty market and trends.
