Your new company
Working for an Italian manufacturing company based in the heart of the City of London. Growing into new emerging global markets, you'll have exposure to international HR. This role is based in London City (Nr Bank), working 4 days in the office and flexibility to work 1 day at home.
Your new role
This is an HR coordinator role supporting a Senior HR Manager and Operations Director, with a group HR team over in Italy. You'll be responsible for operational HR, from visa applications, through to onboarding.
- Updating employee records
- Applications for VISAs
- Responsible for coordinating hiring activity in a growth environment
- Onboarding and offboarding, sending out contracts
- Ah-Hoc HR support for global CEO
- Preparing payroll for external provider

Fluent Italian speaking required
HR Administration experience 2 years+ in recent years
Experience of processing VISAs within your last role
