We are currently seeking exceptional sales professionals with a background in selling digital advertising products to join our dynamic team and engage with local audiences in our various hubs. This role requires a blend of hybrid working from the office, in the field with your clients and from home.
As a sales role, we expect our consultants to meet revenue targets and KPIs. In return, we offer a highly competitive uncapped bonus scheme, with no limit on your earning potential. On average, new recruits can anticipate earning £10,000 in bonus payments in their first year, with significant potential for year-on-year growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate New Business – Identify and qualify prospective digital marketing opportunities, securing new clients through cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.
- Account Management – Develop and grow new and existing relationships with local businesses, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement – Work towards revenue targets and KPIs, with a focus on driving sales and increasing profitability.
- Client Meetings – Conduct face-to-face, phone, and video meetings to present digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
- Digital Advertising Expertise – Leverage experience in B2B sales and digital marketing to provide strategic advertising recommendations.
- Territory Management – Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend a regional office on a hybrid basis.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling – Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities for additional digital marketing services.
- Independent Working – Manage time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
- Be motivated by targets and KPIs, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate experience in B2B sales and a background in digital advertising.
- Have the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Confident cold caller.
