Are you an MCIPD Level 7 qualified HR Business Partner or HR Manager looking for a new role? Is being a key part of large scale change, to drive and deliver better services for the residents of the Local Borough also of interest?

This London based Local Authority is looking for an experienced HR professional to work with the Directorates SLT on a number of restructuring and alignment programmes. You must be resilient and able to challenge in a knowledgeable, professional way.

You will engage with key stakeholders to drive for change using your HR and People experience. You will also be required to support the management of ER casework when needed.
