Not Your Typical Senior Strategics Accounts Manager Role
This isn\βt just another leadership position. No legacy systems. No corporate red tape. No coasting.
This is about building something from the ground up. Fast.
We\βre Navro, a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup, and we\βre looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Senior Strategic Accounts Manager to own and grow our key customer relationships across the UK and Europe in the Payroll, Employer of Record and workforce payments space. This is your chance to work directly with high-value clients, drive revenue growth, and shape how we scale our strategic accounts function.
You won\βt just be inheriting an existing book of business β we want you to challenge, improve, and create meaningful partnerships that drive mutual success. You will have the freedom to make real, impactful decisions from day one. This isn\βt a passenger role. We\βre bringing you in for your expertise, your strategic mindset, and your relentless drive to build and grow our relationships.
Who We Are
We are transforming payments for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. As the world\βs first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders. Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. We can\βt be. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time β contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say we\βll deliver, failure isn\βt an option. If we don\βt do what we said we would, people don\βt get paid β not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages. That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work. No excuses. No passengers. No tolerance for politics or mediocrity.
Requirements
What This Role Demands:
You Own It β You\βre accountable for every client relationship, every revenue target, and every outcome. If an account isn\βt growing, you figure out why and fix it.
You Ask the Hard Questions β You challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and make us better. Why is churn happening? How do we create more value for our clients?
You Fix What\βs Broken β No waiting for permission. If a process is clunky or an account strategy isn\βt working, you take the initiative to improve it.
You\βre Hands-On β One minute, you\βre leading a high-stakes negotiation; the next, you\βre digging into account data to identify opportunities.
You Thrive in Chaos β Startups are messy. Priorities shift, deals evolve, and ambiguity is constant. You bring clarity and get results.
You Handle the Pressure β Fast-paced. High stakes. You balance multiple high-value clients, manage tight timelines, and keep moving forward.
You\βre Here for the Journey β This is career-defining. It\βs hard, rewarding, and not for the faint-hearted. If you\βre ready to grow alongside Navro, let\βs build something amazing together.

Strategic Thinker β You understand enterprise clients\β long-term needs and develop tailored strategies to drive value.
Client Champion β You\βre the go-to person for questions on strategic accounts, always advocating for the end-to-end customer experience.
