The Role
This is a dual-focused position that combines technical design delivery with team leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in producing high-quality design outputs while also building and mentoring a dedicated in-house design team. Collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and external consultants, you’ll help deliver efficient, innovative, and buildable solutions across a broad range of civil and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on the design of civil engineering and renewables projects
- Produce detailed drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
