The Role
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you\βll be a key part of the agency\βs performance team planning, delivering and optimising paid social campaigns primarily across Meta, with the chance to expand into multi-channel work.
You\βll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account managers to drive measurable results for clients across e-commerce, B2C, and lifestyle sectors.
What You\βll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns (planning, building, optimising and reporting).
- Performing data-driven analysis to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Supporting with paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Conducting A/B tests across audiences, ad formats and creative.
- Working closely with creative teams on scroll-stopping ad content.
- Presenting reports and insights to clients in a clear, confident way.
What We\βre Looking For
- 1-2+ years\β experience running Meta Ads campaigns (essential).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
- Agency experience preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of wider digital channels (Google Ads, TikTok, email, CRO) is a bonus.
- A creative eye, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
