We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Technology Due Diligence practice. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in assessing the technological aspects of potential investment opportunities, providing strategic insights, and driving value creation initiatives within our portfolio companies.
- Lead and manage technology due diligence engagements for potential investments, including assessing technology infrastructure, software, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and IT strategy.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams and other stakeholders to evaluate the technological risks, opportunities, and synergies associated with potential transactions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence assessments to identify key drivers of value and potential areas for improvement within target companies.
- Develop comprehensive due diligence reports and presentations highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for senior leadership and investment committees.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies on technology-related initiatives, including post-merger integration, digital transformation, and operational optimization.
