Are you a recent graduate with a passion for marketing and a drive to make a real impact? As a regional marketing graduate you will be an integral part of our marketing team, working on exciting projects that span the full marketing mix. Your contribution will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, enhancing marketing operations in our home market. Part of an international team, there’s opportunity to learn the ropes and grow within the role and company.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Market research & analysis: Diving into data, identifying trends and understanding our target audience to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign development & execution: Contributing to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Content creation: Crafting compelling content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and other platforms.
  • Event planning & management: Assisting in organising and executing regional marketing events, from in person to webinars.
  • Digital marketing: Exploring and implementing digital marketing tactics including social media marketing, email marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Performance tracking & reporting: Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and providing insights to optimise future marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration & communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams including sales and research teams as well as the global marketing team.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field e.g. with Marketing modules included
  • English native language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • A flair for analytics and problem solving

  • Highly organised and detail-orientated
