We are expanding and looking to bolster our already successful Private Client offering. Your expertise will complement and add to those of the existing partners and the team. You’ll have developed a reputation for advising private High Net Worth individuals and business owners with their wealth protection, tax, trusts, succession, and estate planning.
Those with 5-8 years’ experience can expect to earn between £48,000 and £55,000 per annum. Lawyers with more than 8 years of experience can expect to earn between £55,000 and £70,000 per annum. Those with more than 10+ years’ experience and who are looking for a very senior level role can expect to earn upwards of £80,000 per annum.
We are looking to combine our private client and corporate services. The team advises on a broad mix of complex private client matters for landed estates, agricultural property owners, and High Net Worth individuals across the region and wider. You will have the opportunity to specialize in advising owners of farms, estates, farming partnerships, companies, and partnerships on a range of complex tax and succession planning matters.
The department currently comprises 18 lawyers and 10 support team members based across six of our offices. Many within the department are STEP qualified and SFE members. The department is a strong team that works cohesively to share their expertise, knowledge, and experience to support one another. Your Experience & Qualifications
You will need to have a minimum of five years PQE. The role will require you to take on an existing case load of private client work which will include Will drafting, Probate, and Administration of Estates. Being STEP qualified or working towards full membership is desirable but not essential.
