What we expect from you: Our Supervisors ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of their department. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor and analyse commercial and product data to improve the sales and productivity of your store
- Oversee all your store operational tasks
- Motivate and develop your team
- Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
