A growing Insurer with Data at their core is looking to further grow out their data engineering function and have upcoming projects working closely with Underwriting and Pricing teams. They’re seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the team working on Azure stack with a mixture of technologies including Azure Databricks, ADF, Azure DevOps, PySpark, SQL and more.
Essential skills for the Senior Data Engineer:
- Well versed with Azure Data Engineering stack
- Experience with SQL and Python/PySpark
- Good practices such as TDD and CI/CD/DevOps
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Databricks
- Insurance or FS industry experience (Desirable)
Rate: £550 - £650 P/D Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: London/WFH hybrid
