Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Ekahau experience is essential
- Wireless survey experience is essential marking APs
- Experience with wireless Cisco technologies
- CCNA (R&S, Security or Wireless) is desirable
- Experience with Meraki technologies
- Previous experience working in project-based environments
Responsibilities:
- Complete wireless surveys using Ekahau technology and create survey results reports
- APoS and Passive Surveys (Ekahau)
- Wireless network configuration (WLC), validation, design, and recommendation reports
- Provide engineering support to our sales and presales teams as required
- Installation of solutions and services as designed either by presales, or another member of the professional services team
- Creation of technical documentation and reports
- Store documentation, in a central location, and on the ticket as appropriate
- Meet personal and team KPIs set by your manager
- Adhering to internal OLAs and SLAs
