We are looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join our Housing Contractor Client based in Hammersmith. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive works as well as ensuring good satisfaction to housing tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 10-15 operatives.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
- Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager.
- Manage the responsive repairs function, ensuring consistent performance against targets.
- Oversee material costs, ensuring effective and efficient management while adhering to proper processes and procedures.
- Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining the optimal employment levels to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
