We are looking for a motivated & experienced civil engineering Ground worker gangs or Ground workers to join a successful Civil engineering company on a Temp to permanent basis due to how busy the client is getting. This is a real career opportunity to join a highly successful Civil Engineering Contractor located in the Southwest and undertake a varied range of civil engineering projects for a well-respected client base. The residence of the gang is ideally to be in Devon they are a family orientated business, there moto being we work to live, not live to work, therefore, work hours are generally restricted to 8 to 5pm on site Monday to Friday plus acceptable travel to ensure you are with your families, every evening and weekend. Job Overview/Responsibilities Working on projects of £10k to £3m in value depending on experience. Drainage, Highways, RC Works, Flood Defence, Responsibility for the day-to-day running of site operations. Work efficiently and ensure that the highest standards for Health and Safety, Environment and Quality are maintained. Qualifications/Experience A range CSCS, CPCS (excavator/dumper/roller etc) be an advantage Full Driving Licences Strong team players, possess a “can do” attitude and be able to communicate well. Package Competitive Rates based on experience & training. 29 days holiday inc. bank holidays. Health Assured – Employee Assistance Program Service Death in Service Insurance; 3 yrs. Salary.
