Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strategise the notification, agreement, collection, and settlement of Financial Lines claims.
- Handle first notifications for D&O, PI, and Crime claims.
- Negotiate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding settlements.
- Analyse data to identify trends in claims for specific clients or portfolios.
- Collaborate with the Head of Financial Lines Advocacy to address complex claims.
Experience:
- Experience in managing claims from initial notification to resolution.
- Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims, with the ability to facilitate discussions with clients and underwriters.
- Familiarity with CLASS and ECF Processing systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
