Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strategise the notification, agreement, collection, and settlement of Financial Lines claims.
  • Handle first notifications for D&O, PI, and Crime claims.
  • Negotiate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding settlements.
  • Analyse data to identify trends in claims for specific clients or portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Financial Lines Advocacy to address complex claims.

Experience:

  • Experience in managing claims from initial notification to resolution.
  • Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims, with the ability to facilitate discussions with clients and underwriters.
  • Familiarity with CLASS and ECF Processing systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
