We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed Sommelier to join our passionate team at the three Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay , located in Chelsea. Holding three Michelin stars since 2001, the restaurant provides elegant modern French cuisine using only the finest seasonal ingredients and employing both classic and modern techniques. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is a true mark of excellence, quality, and consistency, combining contemporary elegance and unparalleled service. Lead by Chef Patron Matt Abe. What you do as a Sommelier: You pride yourself on having a great understanding of wine and guests, recommending and selling wines to our guests that will complement their tastes and meal, creating a memorable guest experience You ideally hold WSET L2 qualification or equivalent You are eager to learn from the Head Sommelier and support senior members of the team You are confident in training, developing, and passing on your wine knowledge to the more junior members of the team You naturally enjoy building rapport with others and working as part of a team You are keen to use your interpersonal and organizational skills, energy, and passion for wine and beverage to ensure the highest standards are constantly achieved We are ideally looking for candidates who: Have previous experience working within a Michelin Star environment Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills What we offer you: Competitive Pay Rate Access to world-class training and development programs; from WSET accreditation (level 1,2,& 3) to Masterclasses and International Wine Trips.
