About The Role Team – Vitality Programme and Engagement Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. This is a 12 month FTC. Please note that the role can also be worked as condensed hours i.e – 37.5hrs over 4 days per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! As a marketing manager looking to take their career to the next level you’ll be joining a team focussed on delivering against Vitality’s core purpose of ‘Making people healthier’. You’ll need to be driven, enthusiastic, collaborative, data literate and creative with a passion for brilliant customer experiences and campaigns. You’ll work alongside the Senior Engagement, Advocacy and Retention Marketing Manager and other Senior Stakeholders across Vitality to execute the strategy and marketing plan to drive engagement and retention across the Vitality member base – helping them to become healthier, more involved and gain greater value from the Vitality Programme. You’ll also be responsible for executing the cross-sell and refer a friend marketing plans to create advocates for Vitality and grow the amount of multi-product members. You’ll work to create marketing campaigns, promotional material, digital and in person experiences which aim to drive engagement in the Vitality programme leading to healthier member, positive retention outcomes and Xsell/Upsell to other Vitality products. We welcome new ideas and initiatives! Key Actions Dependable for the implementation of the Advocacy, Engagement and Retention marketing strategy as set out by Director and Senior Marketing Manager of the team. Responsible for driving members to engage in the Vitality programme improving our ongoing engagement score and contributing to the success of the digital member journey through driving digital adoption. Responsible for driving Xsell leads. Responsible for co-ordinating all the key supporting channels and teams needed to execute brilliantly against the Advocacy and engagement strategy including: content and social, design and copy, digital product, CRM and external agencies. Working with other teams in the business to ensure quality standards and deadlines are adhered to. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Monthly and Quaterly reporting of marketing activities and results. Senior stakeholder management. Developing and implementing tactical plans that support the strategy by channel, budget and KPIs. Attendance of key strategic forums as required including Vitality Exco, Engagement forums, Marketing Exco.What do you need to thrive? Has substantial marketing experience at Marketing Manager level. Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns including strong understanding and practical implementation of personalisation and segmentation. Experience in development, implementing, and measuring marketing plans and campaigns using elements of the marketing mix. Experience in working with, influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience of managing and delivering multiple priorities/projects to tight deadlines. Briefing and managing marketing agencies. Excellent collaboration, strategic planning and presentation skills.So, what’s in it for you?
