Job Title – Buildings Control Manager (hybrid) Location – Lancashire The Package Basic Salary – up to £55,000 5% Bonus 37.5 hours a week Hybrid (after probation) 3 at home & 2 in the office Health Shield Life Assurance Pension Contribution (Aviva) 32 Days Holiday (negotiable) Residential homes are responsible for using almost 30% of global energy and release over 20% of the world’s total carbon emissions. They design and manufacture state of the art patented technology for a Whole House Solution – working to Future House Standards with an emphasis on zero carbon solutions. Working from the best facilities with a fantastic working environment they employ varied manufacturing processes to back their heavy investment in R&D. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for liaising with Contractors & STROMA You will be responsible for training contractors in new processes and legislation.
