Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Credit Controller. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring prompt payment collection from our client’s extensive customer base. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer details, resolving queries both on a day-to-day basis and through credit control procedures, and posting credit notes for returns and customer claims. Collaborating with a team of other credit controllers, you will work together to reduce outstanding receivables and aged debt. In addition, you will be responsible for chasing over-credit customers to ensure the efficient release of sales orders. In this fast-paced role, excellent communication skills are a must! The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner and previous customer service experience. Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity for long-term professional growth, including the possibility of studying towards an accounting qualification. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team player who is well-organised and has strong keyboard skills.
