Head4Talent are currently recruiting a commercial Finance Business Partner role for a leading manufacturing business near Caerphilly. Hybrid working.
Reporting to the FC, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of UK budget and forecasts including supporting analysis and commentary.
- Engage with the business and the wider finance team to create best-in-class analysis/reporting and resulting Management information, delivering meaningful insights to decision makers.
- Build a deep understanding of the commercial and operational drivers behind the UK’s performance.
- Track costs & revenues; focus on analysing segment and customer profitability.
- Working with the commercial team on pricing, suppliers, and margin development.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong commercial skills and experience of working in an FP&A or Finance Business Partner role.
