We are seeking a talented and ambitious Trade Finance Associate (2-7 PQE) to join our thriving team in London.

What You Will Do
- Assist partners and senior associates on a variety of trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, documentary collections, standby letters of credit, and trade finance facilities.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, such as credit agreements, security documents, and trade finance documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence and research complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional communication at all stages of a transaction.
- Stay current on the latest developments in trade finance law and practice, including International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules.
- Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge sharing initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2-7 years of PQE with experience in trade finance law (ideally gained at a leading City or international law firm).
- A strong academic background in law.
- A keen understanding of international trade finance principles and practices (including knowledge of ICC rules a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
