Max Mara is looking for a Store Manager for our Max Mara Flagship Store in London. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with several years of experience in the role of store manager within fashion and/or luxury retail companies, ideally within a structured retail organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all store activities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
  • Organize commercial spaces in line with head office guidelines and manage product placement to meet sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and purchase support.
  • Monitor sales performance to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, proposing commercial initiatives to help meet assigned budgets.
  • Track turnover and KPIs to maintain a comprehensive view of the store's commercial performance.
  • Work closely with corporate departments (Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Buying Department) to support the store's operations.
  • Lead and motivate the store team through continuous feedback, setting a positive example.
  • Foster and promote corporate values among staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage staff, including identifying needs, training, motivating, scheduling, managing holidays and time off, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
