As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. The Senior Product Analyst will provide data-driven insights, define KPIs and models to assess game performance, and develop an evolving AB test roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximise the commercial success of our game. This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse large data sets to understand player behaviour and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and define KPIs and models to assess game performance.
- Lead AB test development, from roadmap creation to execution and analysis.
- Translate successful AB tests into product features that enhance user experience.
- Work closely with game developers and designers to prioritise and refine game features.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, player needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Monitor KPIs and user engagement post-launch, driving iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and support teams for successful game launches.
- Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst/ Product Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience in AB testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of mobile gaming KPIs and player behaviour analytics.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile games industry.
- Based in our Leamington Spa office with 5 days per week on-site.
