Joinery Manager, up to £50,000 pa, Monday to Friday, Permanent, Yeovil, 8am – 5pm. Are you an experienced Bench Joiner looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Joinery Manager to lead their new workshop in Yeovil, producing bespoke products and designs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a team, set up the workshop, and oversee the production of high-quality joinery products from initial drawings to the finished product. This will include private commissions and restoration projects. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience as a Bench Joiner, who possesses excellent leadership and management skills. The successful candidate should also have a passion for delivering top-notch joinery products and services, as well as strong communication and negotiation abilities.
