We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent & Employee Engagement Co-ordinator to join our HR team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment process end to end (supported by the HR team and working closely with the Professional Services team), from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and helping with employee onboarding. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. The employee engagement remit includes working to positively influence the culture and retain talent, whilst building highly successful and engaged teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process beginning with weekly discussions with the business to gather requirements, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across the company. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, social media, networking events, and other sourcing strategies. Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide feedback and guidance to the business throughout the interview process. Co-ordinate interview schedules, ensuring smooth and efficient interview experiences for candidates and interviewers. Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms – with support from the business, and preparing offer letters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS – Smart Recruiters).
- Employee Engagement: Work with the established HR team to support employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive company culture. Help to facilitate company initiatives, team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives. Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to identify opportunities for improving employee satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on recognition programs to ensure employees are consistently acknowledged for their contributions. Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting both candidates and employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
