Future is looking for a Group Celebrity Editor to oversee and lead our celebrity department, ensuring high-quality, audience-focused content across print and digital platforms. You'll manage commissions, budgets, and deadlines, keeping content planners up to date while taking the lead in the Celebrity Content Director’s absence. Reporting to the Group Editor, you'll edit news, features, and interviews, identify key trends, create engaging commercial cover ideas, attend industry events, create compelling social media content, and maintain an understanding of media law, including defamation and libel.

- Editorial & Management Experience: Background in women's lifestyle magazines or national newspapers, with line management skills.
- Celebrity & Industry Knowledge: Expert understanding of UK and US celebrities, especially British TV stars, with valuable industry contacts.
- Content Creation & SEO: Strong writing, editing, and headline skills, with experience across platforms and SEO expertise.
- Budget & Deadline Management: Ability to oversee budgets, ensuring content is delivered on time and within scope.
- Legal & Analytics Awareness: Strong grasp of defamation/libel law, digital analytics, Google Trends, and Google Discover strategies.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in generating engaging feature ideas, commercial covers, and audience-driven digital content.
