Salary: £33,417 - £38,058 (the higher salary dependant on your experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop school facilities to meet statutory, educational, and operational needs.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including record-keeping and routine inspections.
- Manage repairs, maintenance schedules, and emergency response for building issues.
- Lead and manage the premises team, conducting appraisals and training as needed.
- Oversee contractors, ensuring work is completed to agreed specifications and within budget.
