Requirements:- Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

- Ability to understand and assess client needs, and develop customized search strategies.
- Extensive experience in candidate sourcing and assessment, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and methodologies.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
