The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant is a senior and key member of the ServiceNow delivery team, responsible for designing and deploying best-practice process solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This role involves leading current-state process discovery, re-engineering workshops, and analysis sessions to identify and implement solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
What we need to see from you
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or Finance. Extensive experience in management consulting, process design, or product management consulting. Multiple years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, working with current releases. Proven experience leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives in (large) organizations. Demonstrated expertise in partnering with and advising executives.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service, workshop facilitation, and delivering presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Exceptional skills in documenting process designs, business requirements, user stories, process guides, and other project collateral. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Experience troubleshooting issues, managing challenging situations, and resolving conflicts.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CIS Certifications in at least three of the following areas: ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, or APM. ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification is an asset.
