About the Company:

  • The IFA Administrator role is key to helping advisers manage workload and client needs efficiently

Key Duties:

  • Act as an IFA Administrator supporting all advisers with administrationtasks.

  • Manage client records, documents, and workflows using Intelligent Office (IO)

  • Prepare client meeting packs, review reports, valuations, and update servicing information

  • Process new business applications, liaise with product providers, and track cases to completion

  • Handle client and provider communications, providing updates and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate audit trails and ensure files meet compliance requirements

  • Support advisers by scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and reducing administrative workload

Skills Required:

  • Experience in financial services, ideally with pensions, investments, or financial planning exposure

  • Knowledge of financial planning systems such as Intelligent Office

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent advantageous but not essential

  • Motivated to succeed and progress as an IFA Administrator
