A highly regarded Civil Fraud team is looking to hire a Civil Fraud Litigator with at least 6 years’ PQE. The global law firm has an excellent reputation across the board, including the tier 1 ranked Civil Fraud and Asset Recovery team in London. The team has an impressive track record of working on major international fraud disputes, some of which have been recognised by The Lawyer as Top 20 cases in recent years.
The team sits within the broader Litigation team, but focuses on cases involving allegations of fraud and asset recovery strategies. Frequently, the work involves an interesting range of interim remedies such as search orders, freezing injunctions and financial disclosure applications. They work with a range of international clients, including large banks, corporates and insolvency practitioners.
Having enjoyed rapid growth in recent years, the team is looking to hire an experienced Lawyer to join the busy practice. Due to the nature of the role, a candidate will need to have very strong technical capabilities, as well as a hard working and committed attitude. As the firm is looking for a Lawyer with 6+ PQE, this candidate will be given significant responsibility from the outset, including high levels of client interaction. An interest in business development activities would be preferred.
