Receptionist / Office Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Maintaining a professional and immaculate reception area

  • Setting up and scheduling meeting rooms

  • Managing the switchboard and transferring/taking messages as appropriate

  • Ad hoc administrative work as required

  • Be highly professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have previous experience in a similar role, within corporate/financial services ideally

  • Have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

  • Work well under pressure

  • Be highly personable and maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Core hours – 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required to 8am-6pm for specific meetings

  • Fully-office based, with nice buzzy offices based in the heart of the City

  • Up to £20/hour plus holiday, depending on experience
