An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager, or a Deputy Manager seeking to progress their career, to lead a Children’s Residential Care Home in Swanley, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment for the young people in your care.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining high-quality care, guiding a dedicated team, and ensuring the home remains compliant with Ofsted regulations.
