Learning Support Assistant

Watford, Hertfordshire - Immediate Start - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience - Temp to perm opportunity available.

Have you just completed a qualification within education? Or are you an experienced teaching assistant / learning support assistant who's looking for a new challenge? Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a mainstream school in Watford who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant in their school on a temp to perm basis.

They understand how important good relationships are for the students' progress, not only between students and teachers, but also between parents, carers, and the academy.

About you:

• Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA/LSA in a UK primary/Secondary/SEN school
• SEN experience is desirable
• The ability to adapt to each child's needs
• Available Monday to Friday
• Strong communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude!
