Role Overview: As an Import Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing our air freight import services. You will be responsible for liaising with partners, carriers, and clients, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Uniserve's stringent procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Air Freight Import operations.
- Arranging shipments with origin.
- Arranging customs clearance and delivery.
- Keeping our in-house system updated and with relevant costs incurred.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Coordinate with partners, carriers, and clients.
- Utilise Uniserve systems (One World, Multi Freight).
You’ll have:
- 3 years minimum Import experience.
- Proficient using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Understanding of freight procedures.
- System proficiency (Multi Freight preferred).
