Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and optimize assembly processes, including pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and testing.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead issue resolution and fault diagnosis to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Support design reviews, ensuring manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement lean methodologies, driving efficiency and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical mindset with experience in automotive or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in process documentation, including process flow, PFMEA, and operational documentation.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (JIT, Kanban, MRP, Six Sigma desirable).
  • Skilled in diagnostic troubleshooting and issue resolution within a fast-paced production setting.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and circuit schematics (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic).
  • Strong IT skills, including SolidWorks (Desirable), SAP (Desirable), and Microsoft Office.
  • A goal-oriented, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.

Qualifications:
