Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience. Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required. Manage a team of 3 Event Agents. As Events Office Manager you will have Experience of being a Events Office Manager / Meeting & Events Sales Office Manager. High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail. A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
